Privacy Policy

This policy covers LinkSuite: the LinkTrip and LinkCRM apps made by Link to China. It explains what data the apps handle and where it is kept.

Where your data is kept

• On your device. What you enter is saved in your browser on that device.
• In your Google Drive, if you connect it. The app saves its data file, and dated backup copies, in a folder it creates in your own Drive.

We do not run a server that stores your data. We do not sell it, share it or use it for advertising.

Google user data

When you connect Google Drive, the app asks for one permission: see, edit, create and delete only the specific Google Drive files you use with this app (drive.file).

• What we access: only the folders and files the apps created in your Drive.
• How we use it: to save your data, load it on your other devices, and keep backup copies.
• What we don't access: your other Drive files, email, contacts or profile.
• Sharing: this data goes only between your browser and Google. We never receive a copy and never pass it to anyone else.
• Storage: Google's sign-in token is kept only in your browser for the current session.

LinkSuite's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Other services the apps use

• Cloudflare hosts the apps. Like any web host, it sees basic request details such as your IP address.
• Map services (LinkTrip): map tiles and place searches are loaded from Amap, OpenFreeMap and OpenStreetMap Nominatim. They receive the map area or search text and your IP address.

There are no ads and no analytics or tracking. Each app sets one cookie to remember that you entered its password.

Deleting your data

• Delete the app's folder in your Google Drive.
• Remove the app's access on your Google Account permissions page.
• Clear the site's data in your browser to remove the copy on that device.
